The details and timeline of the activity are reported below.
Activity: Spot beam map update on EMEA
Reference: CHG0085505
Services affected: BGAN, BGAN M2M, FB, SB, SB-S 1.0, SB-S 2.0/IRIS
Single or multiple outage(s) and duration(s):Multiple, up to 5 minute.
Service impact: All the users in Narrow beams 106, 107, 108, 121, 136, 152, 122, 123, 137, 153 and 168, will get deregistered and have service impact for a 5 minute.
Terminal affected: All terminals
Actions needed by user: Restart the terminal if it doesn’t acquire after 15 minutes.
