Dear Customer,
Viasat + Inmarsat would like to advise you of an Emergency Payload Maintenance in the IOE region.
We have been experiencing an issue on the return link over the Indian Ocean East (IOE) region, caused by a component of the 6F1 payload. Recovery operations will commence on the 20th of July at 18:00 UTC and will take approximately 5 hours to complete.
This activity will result in L band services not being available for terminals in this region. The details and timeline of the activity are reported below. We apologise for the disruption that this will cause to your service.
